Inbal Dance Theater and Interdisciplinary Ethnic Arts Center
The Inbal Theater Dance Company was founded in Israel in 1949 by the Israel Prize laureate and choreographer, Sara Levi-Tanai, in order to continue the rich tradition of the Yemenite Jewish culture.

The interdisciplinary ethnic center was founded by Haim Shiran, former CEO of Inbal, out of the need to respect diverse ethnic traditions in a country whose residents constitute a mosaic of various ethnic backgrounds. During its years of existence, the center has become a central place in cultural and artistic circles in Tel Aviv in particular and in Israel in general.
